Miranda holds a Master’s Degree in Distance Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Biology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry.
As an entrepreneur, Miranda has worked with clients for the past decade to design and deliver customized training programs and educational content for both online and face-to-face delivery. Her passion lies in the development and delivery of employee coaching programs which focus on helping people achieve their greatest potential both individually and collectively. Miranda also coaches clients on a one-on-one basis to help them discover their passion and harness their talents. She offers seminars, workshops and training to help organizations work harmoniously together, which ultimately contributes to bottom line results in any organization.
Miranda has worked with an array of industries, including the mining sector, academic institutions, non-profits and the private sector. Miranda has also worked with clients to assess their end user and learner needs, provide program auditing and evaluations, and strategic planning.
