Judy Scully has in excess of 25 years of senior level human resources and labour relations experience in the education sector. She has specialized experience in the fields of collective bargaining, grievance handling, workplace mediation, attendance management and workplace investigations. She has been commended for her systematic ability and expertise in problem-solving in her dealings with both interpersonal and strategic problems. Judy has worked to improve organizational culture in various organizations, ultimately fostering positive employer/employee relations. Having worked in the mining sector and extensively in the educational sector, she is well versed in working with both private and public sector employers.
Judy was a member of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Institute of Ontario and held the designation of Qualified Mediator.
