ASSOCIATE

Brian Tramontini holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons.) from the University of Waterloo.  He is a seasoned professional with well over 18 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, senior auditor and consultant.  

Brian has been actively involved in management consultancy since 1996.  During his years as a consultant, he has developed leading-edge expertise in the areas of strategic planning, business performance improvement, process and systems design and organizational change management. Brian acquired much of his work experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus on healthcare, education and mining related industries.  He has been a member of the Cambrian College Information System Program Advisory Committee for over 10 years.  Brian has successfully facilitated and led numerous consulting engagements of varying lengths in a wide range of industries.  Besides his consultancy role, he has authored the “Creating Solutions Framework ™”, and has created the “Strategy and Organizational Change” seminar series.  This seminar series was conceived to provide small to medium size organizations with a flexible set of methods, tools and coaching skills to successfully develop and execute business strategies.
