Beverley Bourget holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology and Master of Arts degree in Human Development Studies. Since 1998, she has been providing consulting services to national non-governmental organizations, municipal and provincial governments, First Nations, and government funded transfer payment agencies. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Research and then Executive Director of the Social Planning Council of the Sudbury Region.
Beverley has extensive experience facilitating effective strategic planning, conducting organizational and program reviews, facilitating organizational change management, developing successful proposals for new initiatives, developing partnership protocols, designing and evaluating new models of service delivery, implementing quality assurance programs, and facilitating consultations with communities and consumers to assess the impact or potential impact of specific initiatives. Through her private practice, she was recently approved as an official Vendor of Record for the government of Ontario.
