Ryan Coles holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Saint Mary's University, He also possesses a certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University's Sobey School of Business, as well as a Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution certificate from Saint Mary's University's Executive and Professional Development program. Ryan is fluently bilingual in English and French.
Ryan has worked with numerous Public and Private Organizations in areas of Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Marketing, Event Coordination, and Administration. Specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employee Relations and Human Resources Management. He not only brings a wealth of knowledge to any situation, but also a commitment to Integrity Management Consulting Group’s philosophy of “Quality, Confidentiality, Integrity – Assured”.
In terms of his community involvement, Ryan has also been active in the community, having organized and participated in several non-profit events including the CIBC Run for the Cure, RBC Community week, Saint John Regional Hospital Rally of Hope, and the New Brunswick Public Library Summer Reading Program.
