ASSOCIATE HR CONSULTANT
Misty-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double concentration in Law & Justice and Political Science from Laurentian University, as well as a post-diploma certificate in Human Resources Management from Cambrian College. Misty has successfully completed the first round of examinations necessary for her CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professionals’ Association of Ontario and plans to write the final round in spring 2009. In addition to the foregoing, Misty has also obtained certificates from the University of Waterloo in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiation and Mediation Skills.
With many years of experience in the legal field, Misty brings her analytical and negotiation skills to the table. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers as well the Human Resources Professionals’ Association of Ontario. With a focus on community, Misty has volunteered with the Sudbury Community Legal Clinic, Salvation Army, United Way, and is a past President of Big Sisters of Sudbury.
