Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Laurentian University, an Accounting Diploma from Seneca College and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cambrian College. He is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association while actively pursuing his Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
Justin has acquired his work experience while working in the hospitality industry which provided him a platform to showcase his natural abilities as a leader and effective communicator. Justin passion for human resources management and community service has led him to volunteer his time to organizations such as the YMCA Employment Services where he had the opportunity to conduct workshops on health and safety. He possesses excellent interpersonal and people skills that allow him to be very engaging in his current role.His ethical standards and deep rooted values make him an excellent addition to the Integrity Team.
